We started off in 2010 as a small-scale coal supplier company, handling the coal retail market from stockpile in Jakarta, Marunda, delivering and supplying coal to small factories by trucks. After gaining more and more networks and years of experience, the company expanded to make strategic partnerships with coal miners from the Sumatera and Kalimantan area, and secured working capital from institutional and banking sectors to support our operations.
Now, PT Kaldera Energi Nusantara has dedicated its operation to supplying the needs of domestic coal demand and distributing coal all over Indonesia. “Our goal is to give the best services and deliver the coal on time, maintaining a high standard of coal quality until delivered to our customers’ factories.”.
Our source of coal are from large to medium reputable mines, in South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Sumatera and Bengkulu, with various calorific value to meet the specification of various segment industry and factories all across Indonesia.
We believe that our primary responsibility is to give our customers peace of mind – they don’t have to worry about running out of coal in their factory as a primary energy source to support their production needs. We strive to be the best, we always listen to each of our customer’s feedback and evaluation as our part of continuous improvement. Currently, PT Kaldera Energi Nusantara has been tested and certified as a company that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015, and 45001: 2018.
ISO 9001 : 2015 is an international standard in the field of quality management systems. An institution or organization that has received accreditation (recognition from another independent party) can be said to have met international requirements in terms of quality assurance management of the products or services it produces.
ISO 14001 : 2015 specifies requirements for an environmental management system that organizations can use to improve their environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by organizations wishing to manage their environmental responsibilities in a systematic way that contributes to the pillars of environmental sustainability.
ISO 45001 : 2018 is an international standard that stipulates various requirements for an occupational health and safety management system or known as SMK3. These standards enable organizations to actively improve SMK3 performance to prevent work accidents.
